Shipping and Returns
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Sales tax: Athlicity is based in Alachua County, FL. All shipments shipped to a FL address will see 7.5% Alachua County Sales tax applied at checkout. Tax is required by law and is not applicable to purchases shipping outside of Florida.
FREE standard shipping and returns sitewide!
For Standard Saver, we use the most economical carrier for your package weight, either UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service. Please use an address that accommodates any delivery carrier. These methods take about 3-5 business days on average. Each package comes with tracking and insurance. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Orders placed later in the day will be shipped 1 business day after they are placed.
Free Local Pickup:
Free local pickup is available for all orders in the Gainesville area. No additional charges will be applied if you check the "Pick Up" option during checkout. Our store address is 2251 NW 41st Street Suite 50, Gainesville Florida, 32606.
Return Policy:
Wrong size? Not a good fit? Returns are on us...
If you need to exchange or return an item, you can do so within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer support or using our automated system.
Any shipping charges paid on the original order including expedited shipping are not refundable unless the return is due to Athlicity error or defect in the clothing.
Return policy notes and exceptions:
- Items must be unwashed and still in new sellable condition
- Items with pet hair, sweat or other marks or stains may be rejected
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, perfume or cologne, etc. may be rejected
- Many of our items include retail tags. Please keep these tags on when trying on clothing and do not remove them in case of return
- In the unlikely event a clothing item has a defect that is discovered after use, we will take the item back after wash, wear, or without tag when shown evidence of defect.
